The mission of F3 is to plant, grow & serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

 

F3 does not subscribe to any particular religion. It simply encourages each man to believe in something greater than himself.


All F3 workouts are:

1. Free of Charge:
There is no "catch". F3 is a grassroots community, led by local guys.

2. Open to all Men
of all creeds & backgrounds.

3. Held Outdoors:
Rain or shine, hot or cold, no exceptions! Even on holidays.

4. Peer Led:
Rotating leadership helps every individual develop as a leader.

5. Ends with a Circle of Trust:
The workout's leader of the day leaves everyone with a thought or a challenge.
