11 of us quickly warmed up the morning with the following exercises.
Everything was ICx10 except a few extra added in places where 10 just
wasnt enough.
Warmup:
SSH, Imperial Walker, Hillbilly, Arm Circle, Ray Lewis, Squat.
The Thang:
Mosey 2 yards to the fence for Dericans, Uricans and Mericans. Mosey to
the bleachers for Reverse Pickle Pounders (RPP – yeah you know me)
alternating with dips. Three sets with alternating legs in the RPP.
Finish off with Heels to Heaven. Mosey to the wall. Steps ups, ins/outs,
Dericans, Uricans. Mosey to field for a Lunge buffet. 1/3 the length of
the field with regular lunge, Monkey Humper, Backward Lunge, Monkey Humper
and then Karoake to finish. Mosey to pull up bars. Reverse pyramid (1
rep) then run to the top of the hill and back. (2 reps) then run again.
Rinse and repeat till out of time. Return to the flag for Superheros,
Pretzel Crunches and the all-famous, almost extinct Barter Kick. How many
did we do? All of them. (50 IC).
