2022 bEast Side PFT Challenge

Gents,
We had a nice 1st quarter turnout to record current status of
physical fitness for 5 events:

2 min AMRAP Overhead Block Press
2 min AMRAP Deadlift Block (Block Flat to Ground)
2 min AMRAP T-Stop Mericans (handrelease, arms completely out to side)
3 Brick 50m shuttle run (Elapsed time)
High Plank ALAP (elapsed time as long as possible)

This shows you where you are with typical F3 bootcamp exercises. The
challenge is to improve your time each quarter and ultimately over the
entire year. Where will you end up? Keep posting and get better each boot
camp. You guys are already in pretty good shape, so it will be interesting
what kind of times we see next. We have some impressive times from some
60+ year old PAX, which is very inspiring.

Stay tuned for an announcement prior to next quarter laying out the
incentive details. It might include something about FEMA and $cash$.
