AO: Hills of Park West, 01/15/2020, Q: Dirty Bird

The rain held off and we had perfect weather this morning! All exercises IC unless otherwise noted.

Warmup:
SSH x 20
Good Morning x 10
IW x 10
Hillbilly x 10
3rd Grade Exercise x 10

The Thang:
Mosey to the blocks, 1 per person and headed to the track for some block exercises:
Reverse Pickle Pounder (RPP) Right Leg x 10, Left Leg x 10, Both Legs x 10
Blirkin (Block Incline Merkin) x 10
Tricep extension x 10
OHIO Press x 10
Shoulder to Shoulder x 10
Curl x 10

Pause for some running!
Paired up, 1 team member farmer carried 2 blocks around the track, while the other team member ran in the same direction until catching up (took about 1.5 laps) Then flip-flop and continue on. We did this for 2 reps.

Back to the start for another set of the earlier block exercises then paused for some more running!
Formed 2 indian lines. When in line you carry a block, the runner ran around the track until catching the line from the rear. We had time for 1 run per person. Put the blocks away and head to the flag.
