The Thang: Mosey to start point in parking lot. Chipper 10 SSH, 9 Mountain
Climbers, 8 Plank Hip Dips, 7 Squats, 6 Flutter Kicks, 5 Mericans, 4
Spartan V Up, 3 Willie Mays, 2 Good Mornings, 10 Burpees. (like potato
chips, you can’t have just one.). All ICx10 except Burpees. Mosey through
parking lot and perform exercises at each end of row. We made it through 6
rounds before heading back to flag for COT.
