The Thang: 10 to 2 to 10
Partner workout circuit:
Partner 1 will complete circuit at 10 reps each exercise then Partner 2 will complete circuit at 10 reps each exercise. Rinse and repeat but the rep count will decrease each time a circuit is complete until you reach 2 reps then go back up the ladder until you reach 10 reps. The partner that is not working will be resting.

Circuit 1
– Merkins (1 count)
– Jump Squats
– Crunchy Frogs

Run a lap after completing Circuit 1 then begin Circuit 2.

Circuit 2
Mt Climbers (4 count)
Burpees
American Hammers (4 count)
