COT: Discussion focused on the Serenity Prayer. So much time, effort, and emotion is wasted on things we can not change. This wasted energy can be focused on the aspects of our lives that we do have control over. That is what is happening for many of us in F3. This all seems like such an easy concept but it takes hard work and dedication to put it into practice. Focusing on aspects of our lives that we can change permeates to all areas of our lives while affecting all those around us.
