Hit the brick pile and proceeded with two coupons each to the tennis courts
Combo of Plank & Beans (Merican, brick pull with each arm)
Then sprints across the tennis court at various distances (doubles line -> service line and back, doubles line to doubles line and back, doubles line to second court doubles line, etc
Plank & Beans in sets of 2, 5, 7, & 10
It was pretty exhausting. We’ll be seeing that exercise again!
Then headed over to the swings for sets of pull-ups and big-boy situps

Mosey’d back to the pile and did 20 Good Mornings (IC)
Back to the flag and finished with 25 Carolina Dry Docks (SC)
