Bunch of curls, tri’s, mountain climbers, flutter kicks, Merkins, brickies and more at stations 2,3 and 4
11’s at island with derkins and squats for Station 5
Put the toys up and finished off with 50 Freddy Mercuries IC

Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. Next time you see a company or individual posting great things they are doing for others ask yourself why are they telling you that.
