“The Thang”: Each PAX completed sets of 20 reps (single count) of the following exercises except for Freddy Mercuries. Those were counted “in cadence” and 30 of them were completed per set. The intention was to start with one exercise then mosey, add another exercise then mosey, etc. in a “pyramid” format. Time did not allow the whole cycle to be completed. Each Mosey was around 250 yards and 8 moseys were completed. After the workout each PAX returned bricks while lunging approx. 50 yards. Random burpees were included as well.
