This circuit was completed two times.

Tire Death March:

PAX flipped tire while other PAX completed 2 sets of the following exercises. 25 reps of each were completed on first set and 10 on the second set. All exercises were done with bricks and were single count. Tire flip totals were in the 60-100 range.

25 bicep curls

25 triceps kick backs

25 front lateral raises

10 burpees

Workout ended with 2 small loop moseys
