Warmup:SSH, Mericans, Imperial Walkers, Squats

The Thang: Indian Run to the wall. Step ups, Dericans x10IC, Uricans
x10IC, In and Out x10IC, Freedom Twist x10IC. Mosey to field. Pair up and
run opposite perimeter. When meeting partner, peform 10 Burpees each and
return to start. Traverse field by Lunge and Bear Crawl. Mosey to track
and alternate Partner A run to 50M bench and perform Reverse Pickle Pounder
x15SC. Partner B runs to 100M and back to bench. Partner A returns to
start and waits on Partner B. Rinse and repeat 2x adding 10 reps on RPP and
increasing distance of run to 200M. Mosey to pull up bar and reverse
pyramid reps 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1. Return to flag for flutter kicks ICx50.
