5 exercises, SSH, LBC, Block Curl, BW Squat, Flutter Kick. All IC x 20 x 10 rounds plus (4) single count exercises for a grand total of #2020 reps. Simple and to the point, no lolly gagging here to make sure we finished on time. No 10 counts, and everyone was good with that.
