Mosey to CMU’s and each PAX grab one and take to the football field
The following was an attempt at a pyramid/ladder workout but wound up being more of a “tiered” workout
6 Sets of the following exercises with a rep ladder of each set 10 – 20 – 30 – 30 – 20 – 10
In between the first two sets we sprinted 100 yards and moseyed back 100 yards, in between each subsequent set we moseyed 200 yards
Block Swings OYO
Goblet Squats – Q calls downs
Overhead Press – Q calls ups
Bent Over Row – IC
Block Merkins – Q calls the downs (at the second 30 we did “plain” Merkins)
After the fun, we split into two groups that alternated between a one lap mosey and:
Curls AMRAP
Tricep Extensions AMRAP
CMU’s away and mosey back to the flag
