The Thang:
Cinder Blocks for a partner catch me if you can: two laps at Oakland, partner “runs” with both blocks while over partner completes 10 burpees then runs to partner and switches roles. Most PAX would do 50+burpees before finishing.

Plyo Push-ups- explode body from ground push up to land hands on opposite blocks push up again and repeat 25 times (PAX broke the 25 up with 100 LBCs)

Hokey block squats 30
15 Pole toe taps
20 crunchy frogs

Swap blocks for bricks:
Drop bricks and mosey to chin up bars for:
10 hinged leg raises
10 leg tucks
10 pull ups
5 hinged pull ups

Back to bricks for…. 4 rounds of “easy peasey” shit brick slides.

Cot:
Lots of good stuff…😂 I didn’t do a COT, right?
