E – Everest up the hill. One Lunge. one squat. Repeat other side until you reach the top.
Borrowed: Russian kettlebell swings, Hiccup Lunges
Mosey back and put away blocks.
Line up two lines face each other and monkey slap lunge 50 Meters and back. Mosey to flag. Enough time for more “Hi” plank and Monkey Humpers to tune of “More than a feeling” by Boston.
