The Thang:
Part 1:
The “Beast of Burden.” Each man draws one brick (4 lbs). Pre-load a rucksack with 3 bricks. Q (the first “rabbit”) dons the rucksack and takes off at a sprint while PAX do 5 burpees and give chase. Once caught, the rabbit stops in place. The last man to arrive places his brick in the ruck and becomes the next rabbit. Rinse and repeat. After each subsequent sprint, the last man to arrive with a brick becomes the next rabbit until the “winner” gets to sprint with 10 bricks in the ruck. This really sucks… Miter won the honor today with Red Tide hard on his heels.
Part 2:
Replace bricks and draw blocks.

Round Robin – Each PAX calls 25 reps of an exercise
