The Thang:
Modified Dora
100 LT Merkins, 20 at a time
200 squat to blocks, 40 at a time
300 Mountain Climbers, 75 at a time
Partner executes exercise and runs loop while partner jumps rope. Hand off rope, rinse and repeat until complete.
It was enjoyable watching @Greenhorn hit a few PRs in jumping rope and @credit_check skip around the lot as well!
Finished with cool down stretches and a COT delivered by @Michael Bolton centered around fellowship and our opportunity to expand our relationship with our fellow brothers with our 2nd F opportunities.
