The Thang:

Hit the brick pile and bring them to the track for:

Three lines lunging around the track with N. Korean Runs (Nobody runs to
the front until the Q says run).

Circle up behind bleachers for a simple ladder down.

Each Round (Single Count unless otherwise noted):

Brick Curls

Overhead Press/Tricep extensions (alternating these each set)

Brick Squats

Flutter Kicks IC

LBCs OYO

Merkins

Reps were 25 the first set, then down to 20, 15, 10 before we ran out of
time.

After each set, we ran the track and bleachers. The faster PAX did
man-makers while they waited for the Six.

COT:

Bringing it all the way back to @Miter’s New Years COT. We are half-way
through 2020; how are we doing on our goals for the year? Snicker, snicker,
snicker. But as Miter pointed out, if we aren’t accelerating, we are moving
backwards. Seemed like a nice little motivational poster catch phrase
during the easy times but never has it rung more true than right now. There
was no such thing as hitting pause on our fitness, our fellowship and faith
only to resume it where we left off. We have to dig deep and aim high. It
is time to have an impact again. Let’s be the leaders we claim to be.

YHC tossed out some upcoming events like #FreedToBleed and challenged the
PAX to focus on the quality of impact over the quantity. Focus on your M’s
and Shorties…then pour yourself into something with vigor.

Make sure you get your Tour de Charleston Point!
